Welcome To Tackle Homophobia

The Tackle Homophobia website provides schools with practical ‘tried and tested’ strategies for tackling homophobia and homophobic bullying. It is part of a Tacade project supporting primary and secondary schools in four areas of the United Kingdom (UK). Tacade, a national charity promoting the health and wellbeing of children and young people, has been supporting schools to tackle homophobia and create a safer more inclusive school environment for several years.

Paul Hamlyn Foundation LogoThe website and UK project is funded by the
Paul Hamlyn Foundation, one of the larger independent
grant-making foundations in the UK.

They make grants to organisations which aim to maximise opportunities for individuals to experience a full quality of life, both now and in the future. In particular they are concerned with children and young people, and others who are disadvantaged.
